- How long is request data stored on the DIVE Server?
- Request data (images and the data collected from the document) is stored on the DIVE API server a configurable amount of time (from 0 day up to 365 days) that customer's control in the DIVE API Web Portal.
- What counts as a transaction for billing purposes?
- Any request that is received by the server and successfully processed will count towards your billing total. The status of the request will be available for you to review in our client facing web portal.
- What keys will I need to submit images to the DIVE API?
*In order to submit images to DIVE API and make requests to DIVE Web Service, you first must request IDScan.net support for a public and secret key. These keys authenticate your requests to DIVE Web Service.
- What keys will I need to use the IDScan.net Web Library?
- In order to use the IDScan.net Web Library you will need to request a license key. That license key will be linked to a URL and the Web Library will only work when your application is served from that URL.
- How long does a submission take to complete?
- On average the DIVE API's response time is 10-12 seconds.
