Canadian provinces require written and/or electronic consent in your application to initiate an API request.

- The written consent is a one-time requirement and can be used for all provinces and can be implemented at time of hiring, onboarding, etc.
Electronic
- Provinces that allow electronic consent permit the use of this electronic consent as a replacement for written consent. However, the provider of the Canada DMV service advises utilizing written consent as a backup.
Documents
This document is an approved electronic and written consent form from the service provider that is applicable to all territories.
Existing forms in your application can also be modified by adding phrasing such as �I consent to verification of my driver license status."
